Err...Defenders won't track a missile unless it's launched at you. Least that's to my knowledge. I remember reading a patch note to that effect, tho I can't remember if it's current or future.

And yeah i think the GM is right, but they should do it the way i say.
I mean, you could have a "neutral" scorp with 1 sec locking time and 425mm rails sitting at 50km from the battle shooting the enemies torps and missiles.

Would be simpler just to flag the person pegging the missiles as an aggressor. Since he's obviously not neutral anymore.
